Would Like To Make Friends

Hi I've just joined this site and would love to make some friends and be able to chat to people on a regular basis. I've just turned 40 from the East Midlands. I suffer most forms of anxiety, depression, low self esteem and lack of confidence. I'm also very shy and really lonely so to talk to others in similar situations would be of great benefit.
