Tough time

Hiya I'm having a really tough time at the minute,
I don't know how to explain really it's like I have no feelings I'm always in a mood I can't cry? I don't know how to feel then just to top it off this morning I woke up with a bad foot I can't put pressure on it the pain is unbearable I haven't done anything to it?
I went to hospital have to go bk tomorrow for an x ray an now I keep getting pains in my chest an groin area!
I'm really feeling down in the dumps :scared15::weep:

It sounds like you ought to think about discussing some support from your GP, you could have some degree of health anxiety with things cropping up on top of other things but accessing support from Health Professionals might be a good idea.

Try to treat yourself well and do something that you have enjoyed doing in the past to see if that helps at all.
