Bleach and whitening toothpaste

Okay so I was bleaching a shirt and I know I still had a bit on my hand I started brushing my teeth with a whitener that has hydrogen peroxide and I cupped some what in my hand and used it to rinse out my teeth when I realized my had still had that feeling like I had some bleach still on it. I see that hydrogen peroxide and bleach combine in small amount make oxygen and salted water. But what about the rest of the chemicals that are in the toothpaste. I am freaking out. I put some toothpaste on the side and splashed a bit of bleach and it fizzed a little bit and that was it.
I immidately rinsed my mouth out after it happened but I still wonder what if something can still happen?
