left index finger been twitching for 2 weeks

so i get twitches al over really, they seem to go from one part of the body to the next but the last 2 weeks my left finger has been twitching on and off, should i be worried ? i have had this before on same finger then it kind of went away, it even happened in the docs office when he was doing a test on me it got really bad then when i was anxious, can anxiety really do that ?

it can seem extremely concerning but twitching can actually be a symptom of severe anxiety, it can happen anywhere in your body, your hands, legs, face, ect. i'd put it down to this as its most likely and you don't seem to have symptoms of anything else :)
