Does anyone suffer with this bizarre feeling? I've had this in the past but not for a long time. I woke up yesterday morning and when I sat up the room felt like it was moving (as if I was drunk)! After a few minutes it settled down. Same again today. It's fine unless I move suddenly or lay my head backwards and then it spins for about a minute then settles down until I move again. I do occasionally get ringing in my ears and when everything is quite I have a low rumble in my ears. At the weekend I had what felt like a very deep tickle in my ear (as if it was on the inside of my eardrum). No other symptoms.
