Sudden intense hunger like ive not eaten in days, is this anxiety?

Hi, I've started to get sudden onset of extreme hunger like I haven't eaten for days, when I eat it doesn't take the feeling away, I'm wondering if this is to do with anxiety?

I firmly believe the sensations of hunger/anxiety/butterflies/nerves are all closely related.

Most people, I think, often mistake hunger for anxiety.

Whereas you are potentially doing it the other way around!! If you are eating proper meals, and the feelings of hunger aren't subsiding, then it is likely some anxiety or stress.
