Hello all.

I'm starting to get really worried now. For a couple of weeks now, before I sleep my heart has been racing. I think it's anxiety but obviously a part of me is like it's no, it's not.

But it's starting to really frighten me to be honest because I've never got a racing heart before..

so can anyone put my mind at ease?

Thank you

Hi there! x.
i get a racing heart almost every time i lay down to go to sleep, i think it's not serious, it's just the stress of the day finally weighing down on you :)

I think it is anxiety/stress. No tv/phone/computer for at least an hour before bed. Try relaxing music, meditation or simple breathing exercises.. That's what the mh specialists say to do...I read for awhile before I turn the light out, seems to calm me down a bit.
don't worry (easier said than done)
take care
