Right now I was laying down on the floor and I was on my phone my phone being straight up in front of me and my feet were bent with my feet planted on the ground. Will I got up went to put a blanket of a bed and I felt a pressure between my shoulder blades that would cut through my chest. I think I might of put some pressure on the vertebrae between my shoulder blades. I'm freaking out that the pressure I put there could cause some issues. :( can it?? I had layed down so I can can stretch my back so I had extended my back so that when I rolled down to lay down my spine would make contact first so as to relieve bressure on my spine and I forgot to left up from that position and continued to put pressure on it for a good 20 min or more.
I fear blood circulation issues or something worse.
