Chances are it's anxiety related, but over the last year or so on and off, I've been plagued by a dry/scratchy/phlegmy throat which occurs at night mostly.
It's not unbearable, it's just uncomfortable. Fortunately, I carry a packet of lockets in case I need them, but it's got to the point where I should probably try and sort it out. Should I be worried?
