Hello guys its Michael here. I have not really been on here in a while. I have Health Anxiety. Ive been to the doctors many times and all they are telling me is that i'm fine. But i just dont believe it. These days im just feeling so so weak. Sleep does not help my fatigue. I do not know if im not getting enough sleep or if i need more sleep, but im just always tired. I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Latest i go to bed is 12:20pm. But everyday when i wake up im just weak. I'm falling asleep during the day randomly and i am not able to function during the day.
Another problem i have is my throat. I feel as if im losing breathe or if my throat is closing. When i wake up in the morning, my throat just aches. it aches throughout the day to... its worse in the morning and around 4pm ..
I really do not know what is wrong with me.. i am so scared. all my doctors say im fine but i just dont understand why i am feeling this way...
