What's the best anti psychotic outhere??

The question is in the title. To be more specific which anti psychotic makes you the most sedated/high/relaxed?? What's officially the best anti psychotic?? And which one is the most effective to treat anxiety,agitation,restlessness,etc??

I have also used the antipsychotic Flupentixol in the past and found that to be somewhat useful

Antipsychotics are actually used to treat a number of conditions, and one may be good for one condition, but not for another. Some work well, but in combination with other meds. And finally, everyone has a different genetic profile that can affect response to these meds. So they're probably all useful to someone at sometime, but no one is clear best.
