Hi everyone

I'm going to make it short but I've got constant dizziness, I get head and neck twitches I'm constantly tired and just feel so unwell constantly. I have a young baby and it's ruining my life having this fear as I'm so scared to go out because of it. Thanks x

Could be hormonal, most likely to be down to tiredness and heightened stress levels. If it continues then you should probably see your doctor.
