Tooth Ache or Sinus Pain

I have a pain around my eye down the left side of my face and in my gums and teeth, don't know if to go to the dentist or the doctors. Some of me thinks its a tooth pain going up some of me doesnt because not hurting to eat. Therefore I am thinking a sinus pain.

I get that a lot. Generally if only one tooth hurts..its a toothache. If several teeth hurt, it's sinuses.

They can get confused with one another. Recently at the dentist I was complaining of sore teeth but he'd fixed all the problems. He said it was likely a sinus issue. I'd say doctors would be the first option because it's cheaper! Well, it is here anyway :)
