insitol and dose

I have started taking insitol for my ocd/anxiety. I am currently taking 650mg. I cant find anything on the dose for ocd. should I be taking more of it?

Have a look at the Inositol guide. It's a sticky thread on the natural remedies board.

A good site is called Examine Supplements. They explain what does have been used for each disorder and show relevant studies and how acceptable they are.

The dose in studies is far higher than that but if you take it in capsule form the dose becomes multiplied as it is absorbed better. I've explained that on the end of the Inositol guide but I got it off the other site I mentioned.
