Anxiety and Headache

There's something going on in my head.

My forehead feels like its going to burst!

What is going on? I feel like there's a ticking timebomb in my head that's going to blow any second.

I wish it felt like a "normal" headache that I've had in the past.

Is only in my forehead and genuinely builds and feels like my head might burst.
