Sudden burst of body buzzing from the inside

Hey guys has anyone else experienced this? I was just lying on the couch watching tv and felt this sudden only way I can describe it was buzzing, electric current start from inside my head all over my body to the inside of my legs. It didn't hurt but it just felt like my whole insides were buzzing and surging with electricity I panicked after it but quickly calmed it down what the hell was that

Do you ever suffer with neck pain?

Yeah, I've had that a few times. Scary the first time, easier to deal with the more it happens. Luckily I've not had many instances for a while.

Do you ever suffer with neck pain? yeah I do all the time I'm forever cracking it aswell can't remember the last time my neck didn't hurt
