Hi i am 15 year old and i have been having this problem for quite some time usually after sitting down playing phone games or watching tv, after an hour or 2 i stand up to go get something to eat.but after i walk about 5-10 meters i suddenly see whiteness and i feel a little dizzy for somereason it only happens when i am lying or sitting down then after standing up i dont get it if i am standing.i am wondering if this is something serious to worry about

And also for additional info it dosent always occur whenever i stand up just ocassionally and sometimes i just feel a little light headed but the whitness is so mild that its unoticable
