Hi Everyone,
After a good spell on top of my anxiety I've had some health anxiety this week. It all started on Monday when I got a headache at work, pretty normal but then on the evening when I woke in the middle of the night and still had it I started to worry it was a tumour or something.
Anyway on Tuesday I got home shattered, got an early night, mild headache at best. At work on Wednesday started to feel rough in the afternoon with body ache, got home and my temperature was around 39 Celsius. I've been managing it with ibuprofen, but now am anxious about the fever as other than the usual anxiety symptoms I know I get I've had nothing to accompany the fever (such as regular cold symptoms).
Has anyone else had a fever like this with no other symptoms? Of course I've been googling and diagnosing myself with all sorts of stuff.
