flipping out

Hi guys. So I'm flipping out about my heart again.
I get regular palpitations, occasionally niggling chest/arm pain. Cold hands/feet.
3months ago I had a chest xray, ecg ❌ 3, a stress ecg, bloodwork and an echo. All normal. So why am I convinced of heart disease or arrhythmia or some other life threatening conditions

lots of tests! you have a pile of evidence to say you're just fine. what you have is an obsessive thought stuck in a loop in your head.

the more you can dismiss this thought (give it no importance and just casually observe it as a passing thought) the more your brains nAtural filter will kick in and start to stop sending you the thought.

will take some time and practice though
