Hi all
I have suffered with health anxiety for about 2 years now but have recently after some counselling really thought I was improving.
Last night however my right breast became very itchy and I have what appears to be a rash (on the top of my breast in the middle) of little yellow spots and then redness. It is very itchy and feels like a coldsore. I got myself in a right state and have been to see my GP this morning. He has said it looks like impetigo and prescribed me some cream and also some tablets for shingles incase it is the start of that.
The problem is I have got myself back into such a state I can't eat or concentrate on anything, have been googling everything and spending most of my day examining it. I feel so rubbish that I have let myself get in this state again and can't seem to pull myself round.
