Just joined the forum, saw a few posts from the Internet and thought it'd be helpful. 19 year old male fro pm the UK.
My issues are extreme anxiety and OCD. Both of those usually surrounding health.
My girlfriend also has the same thing, though her anxiety stems from worrying about our relationship and that she's not good enough, the root cause being her very low self esteem.
She's also going through bad depression at the moment, which is hard.
I'm glad to join and be a part of the forum.
