If anyone who suffers from anxiety, what would you do if you could be anxiety free for one day?

So... I "suffer" from anxiety, but I have plenty of anxiety free days.

I don't understand why you think you couldn't. That is a closed mindset.

I'm going to have an anxiety free day tomorrow, and i'm probably going to write, cycle, and play video games.

And drink wine.

Drive my kids to school on my own and spend the day by myself. Then I would conquer my two biggest fears in one day! How are you going Beth? :hugs: :hugs:
