I've suffered over 10 years, tried CBT,Meds,various books nothing has worked. Will it just go away with time?

It can do for some people yes and others suffer for most of their lives.

Everyone is different.

I think you have to work at it - keep chipping away at it gradually in small little bits. But expect a few re-occurances.

My CPN said I'd probably have it for life. Well Thats a comforting thought!
