Dose and what time ??

So I'm on 250 a day along side other meds , I take 50 in morning then 100 at lunch and 100 in evening , my morning anxiety is so bad most days I was thinking of taking 100 in morning then 50 at lunch and 100 in evening

Any ideas welcome

id be interested to know what to do too. im up to 150 or 200 tomorrow. i'll ask the gp obviously but its good to know what works for others

75mg morning and 9.30pm with supper - great for first week, pants for week 2 and 3. Gp added an extra 75mg but not been feeling the effects still but am not consistent with tim/dosage atm

im going with 50mg with breakfast, 50 at about 4pm then again at 10.

going up to 100mg at breakfast and 100mg in the evening in a week.

a lot of people seem to find 150mg x 2 works for them
