Ive re registered on this site after 4 years of being anxiety free.
I am under a lot of stress but i just dont know how to stop it and get back to where i was.
I am constantly thinking somethings wrong which is making me feel pains and aches and i know that its the anxiety but i cant stop reading more into it!
In the past week i have convinced myself ive had a brain tumour, bleed on the brain, various blood clots, auto immune disease and so much more.
How do you calm yourself down and try to reassure yourself its the anxiety?
