Freaking out that I've got Lung cancer cough + Weight loss

I've had this cough that feels like it's coming from the bottom of my throat for about 3-4weeks.

Recently I've noticed that my weight has been really strange.

I started off at 107.5kg

I went down to 105.5 in less than two weeks and I've also started to eat high calories to see if I can gain weight. I ate about 3000+ calories for a week to see if I can gain weight and today I weighed myself and I'm 105.5kg after lunch :s this is creaking me out and I'm so scared I have Lung Cancer.

I've noticed I've been a bit more tired than usual but no other symptoms yet.

You are tieing two things together, and coming up with the worst case answer.

2KGs is nothing really. And if you are young, you won't put much weight on in a week.

Weight loss of that size is normal.
