I can't sleep for panic.
I'm emetophobic and feel 'gaggy', I'm panicking because Of that feeling but also just had an argument with my boyfriend, I'm at my mums (my anxious place). He's gone to sleep now, we were arguing online and patched things up a bit and now I'm all alone.
I feel sick and there's this closing feeling like the back of my mouth. Whenever I close my eyes I feel like it's gonna happen. Like the back of my tongue area.
