Been having health anxiety very bad any advise the symptoms are constant running to go or hospital choking can't breath odd chest pain medicinal tests all clear but this illness is terrible any others the same thanks rodds

Going to councelling tomorrow what should I asked him I need to control my health anxiety and symthmons that come with it
