This evening I felt strangely good and panic free, I'm at college in the morning and up early, so i came to bed for an early night. I put a film on and felt relaxed and positive then suddenly started with stomach cramps and now I'm so anxious!
I have ibs and emetophobia, both scare me.
I don't want to be up all night in the bathroom with ibs/pain especially when I have to go out in the morning! I'm so scared it will happen and I'll be exhausted again tomorrow (had no sleep the past two nights for anxiety)
I've taken paracetamol, I just don't know how to get through this.
