For the last few months I have had this feeling of anticipation in my chest and stomach and at the moment it is relentless; so today I upped the sertrelene to 75mg from 50mg....and hoping it will help. If not, I will be back to the drawing board to try something else. Does anyone get this feeling and what do you do/take to ease it. I do find exercise helps and also I do relaxation at home but hard at work in the day.....thank you.
