If you go onto my profile you'll find my first ever post about zopiclone around 2008 and I've just logged back in to say I'm still on it
3 times the maximum dose often, unlike most I do this with my doctors knowledge and I'm honest with them
They are cutting me down slowly but every now and then I can't sleep so I up dose again!
It's a joke...
I took 18mg last night two and a bit 7.5mgs
I'm normally on 15mg or 12.5mg
I'm looking to come down to 7.5mg and then down to 3.75mg but it's SO HARD
Problem with my sleep is if I'm AWAKE I'm AWAKE there's no sleeping a few hours, or whatever, I stay up for days and days on end like a crack addict but without the energy!
