Prickly hot feeling on skin

Does anyone get this ?? It starts kind of a pins and needles prickly sensation in hands then travels on chest and back ect then can feel like heat on your skin

I get this too, all over my arms and legs and head sometimes. It's usually accompanied by a numb feeling of depersonalisation.

When I am really anxious I get this and it's like burning tingling sensation through my arms
