Am I dying??

I'm so so terrified of getting cancer. The last few weeks I haven't been feeling right and I'm convinced I've got cancer. Here are my symptoms:

Painful/tender stomach/lower abdomen
Nausea
Lethargic/not much energy
Feeling faint
Period-type cramps/pains but no period
Irregular bowel movements

I've decided I've either got ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, bowel cancer, intestinal cancer or colon cancer.

I'm pretty much convinced I've got cancer and if I go to the dr they're going to tell me it's terminal and I only have weeks left. I'm really scared :(

My fear is always the same, that I have cancer as well. Most of the time I find that my fear and anxiety makes the symptoms 10x worse then they actually are.

Yes. You have several different cancers and probably will kick off any day now.

You might get cancer. It happens. But if that happens, you will cope. There are millilons of people, like me, fishmanpa, and others here, who had cancer and are here today to tell our story. It’s good that you recognize how your anxiety is making you feel worse. Now use that power to make yourself feel better.
