Shoulder pain

For about 5/6 years I've had right shoulder pain, it's not always bad but is fairly painful sometimes. I've always put it down to carrying a very heavy school bag and being right handed etc however recently I'm worried it's something worse like undetected cancer??!

I think after this long you would know if you had cancer. see your GP.

I can say yes I was when I was in school, secondary school, carrying around my games kit twice per week, school books, text books probably did not do my shoulders and back any good.
