Hi all day today I've been feeling tingling in my arms mouth and chest abit worried as I don't know if it's just anxiety as I don't want to fone go up as they have told. Me not to keep worring and keep foning or going to see them over minor ailments so I'm to scared to fone for advice now because they think I'm wasting thier time all the time.
