New guy, panic attack over holding in sneeze

Hey, I know there is formalities like introducing. I'll probably do it after I've calmed from this panic attack.
So basically I have a cold, sneezing a lot. I tried to hold one back and got boat wobbly vertigo symptoms. This is fine, I know that can happen due to eustacian tube bloxkage. However I had to do the silly thing and look upt the complications of so however rare online and now am panicking I could have done something to cause a brain hemorrhage. Silliest thing I know, but you've got to love anxiety. The vertigo effects have mostly settled btw.

You're not supposed to hold back on sneezing if you have a cold. The sneezing has a function. And obviously, since you're typing after having sneezed (or not), you don't have those symptoms, so I don't think you have to worry about that.
