Tingling fingertips!!

Thanks for reading my post.

For the past 4 months I have had tingling fingertips... sort of feels like they're slightly numb as well. Doctor thinks it's anxiety.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Fingertips and beyond - I had quite a scare last year with tingling fingers, wrists, face, chest, you name it... A raft of tests turned up nothing else but anxiety (with a slight chance of vitamin deficiency). If the doctor thinks it's anxiety, trust them. If you're like me the moment you stop worrying (or, sadly the way our minds work, find something else to worry about) it'll stop.

the most obvious diagnosis is anxiety as you are probably overbreathing slightly which can cause this ( count your breaths per minute and if its more than 16 this could be the cause).
If you have not had any blood tests in this time then it would not be inappropriate to ask for vitamin b12 blood test but this should be the first thing your GP thought of so maybe you have already had this tested and it was okay.
