Does anyone else feel strange when angry?

When I get annoyed for whatever reason, I tend to feel like woozy headed and shaky, and sometimes feel like I can't breathe - even though I am!

Does anyone get this feeling? Is it just anxiety levels rising, as it doesn't feel like a panic attack, but kind of the same symptoms of one?

Be interesting to see if anyone else gets this?

Cheers

It's adrenaline :)

As Phuzella said it's down to adrenaline, and adrenaline alters our breathing pattern so we tend to over-breathe at times of emotional stress...which includes anger, and over-breathing can make us feel light headed. So although strange, the feelings you describe are normal in that kind of situation :)
