Possible Essex meet up

Is anyone interested in meeting up in Essex somewhere? I am near lakeside. Just asking as think it would be useful to meet other people who feel the same. ☺

I'm new here and would like to find a meet up of some kind.

Hopefully wecan get something sorted.

Hi,

I'm new here and would like to try n meet up with others if possible for a coffe and a chat. I know it's prob going to be tough on people it was for me but I'm at a stage in my life where I really feel like I need to try and meet others who feel the same as me :-). I came on here a few years back and saw meet ups in Kent and nearly brought myself to going but couldn't do it! I've suffered with severe anxiety for a very long time. I've spent the most part of that time trying to carry on pretending I was ok to myself and everyone one else. I want to try and do what I can to ease the anxiousness I feel and everything that goes with it 😩 And hopefully talking with others sharing stories and etc might help us All of we can arrange something.
