I didn't get much sleep last night maybe about four hours. My sister and kids came over and woke me up. I was watching TV on the couch but I ended dozing off for a little bit but everyone kept waking me up and now I have a terrible headache. Before I got up I was dreaming and I twice felt this weird buzzing (almost electric) sensation through out my body (it felt like it started at my head). Was that just me dreaming? I had to get up because trying to sleep was so uncomfortable. The longer I laid on the couch the harder it was to wake myself up.
