Now worried I have Hyperglycemia :( worrying myself silly

Hello, i posted a few days ago about being insanely hungry even after a massive meal. I went the doctors on Friday, I got given some tablets for Acid Reflux. But I don't feel any different to be honest and i'm still very hungry..

So silly old me googled. It came up with Hyperglycemia and now i'm in such a state. Also earlier I went quite dizzy and now feel a bit giddy. But I'm so worried it's that!

I did have a diabetes check a couple of months back so if I did have Hyperglycemia would it not come back on the diabetes check that I had it?

I'm in such a state :( i'm sick of this :(
