Chest pains anxiety

These chest pains are insane 😔 Been to the doctors 4 times and they just put it down to anxiety. I feel so stressed out because I think I have something wrong with me!

Does the reassurance help at all after getting checked out?

A little bit, the chest pains worry me a lot. After seeing the doctor in reassured for a day and then my mind goes back to worrying!

I understand. I am similar but the reassurance probably lasts a little longer :-) not sure how we break this cycle.

GP's are trained professionals who look out for any dangerous signs. They wouldn't take any chances with chest pain if they thought it was serious. With that in mind I'd says it's highly likely the chest pain is caused by anxiety.
