Spot that won't blanch,meningitis freak out

I have a spot on my inner arm that won't blanch, even under glass. Should I be concerned?!

Also in case relevant, I have HSV-1 with one sore presently (but genital not cold sores)

Loads and loads of people on here have had those (including me). I call them blood spots and they usually go after 3/4 days. Or they could also be Cherry Angioma which I also have. These don't blanch either and I think they're permanent

Thanks KeeKee that helps. It's not spreading and apart from a headache, probably induced by me being tense, I feel ok

You'd feel very unwell before you got to this stage, and it wouldn't be one spot.
