Lump inside cheek

About a year ago I noticed this small lump inside the mouth, in the lower part of my left cheek. It is not noticeable (the cheek is not swollen, nor changed in colour) , it does not hurt and it didn't grow larger. I can only feel it with my tongue or when I press a finger on that area. Does anyone know what could it be? I am pretty hypochondriac and am always searching for cancer symptoms. Should I be scared ?

Best thing to do is asked your dentist and dont Google

I would have thought if it was have been the big c after all ths time it would have grown by now and you would have had got more symptoms by now.
