Ok I'm trying to fall asleep but right now I feel like I can't get a good breath in, my legs are tingling (not constantly but in waves), and my head is killing me.

Is this anxiety or something else? I'm scared to fall asleep...

Sounds like anxiety to me...

Tingling and wotnot is all tied in with not breathing properly, as in taking shallow breaths. As you're lying in bed concentrate on breathing deeply and rhythmically from your abdomen. Place your hand on your tummy so that you can feel it rise when you exhale.

I have been having the tingles all week because I stopped doing my breathing exercises.:doh:

I'm soo terrible with doing breathing exercises, I need to make myself do them because I'm wondering if that's why I seem to get this anxiety.

Trust me, breathing properly will make you feel calmer within twenty minutes.
