I have a small little lump probably half pea size on my right shin not on the bone but on the outer side on the muscle. It has gotten smaller since I noticed it a month ago but my shin hurts sometimes and it usually hurts the most when I am driving. The skin over it is like leathery and you cannot see the bump but you can feel it. Anyone else experience this? Could it just be my muscle from the way I drive? I have an appt with my dermatologist in December so I will have her look at it then. Thank you!
