Right Inner Upper Arm Pain

Hello,

For the past couple days, the inner portion of my upper right has been feeling bruised, like between my armpit and elbow. I didn't injure it or work out or anything to cause the soreness. I can press on it and identify the location where it hurts. I'm worried it's lymph nodes (connected to my current lymphoma fixation) or a blood clot. It's very sore and i'm worred. Has anyone else had this? :/

By the way, i know i've been posting a lot lately and i'm actually making an appointment with a therapist tomorrow to help me with my health anxiety. In the mean time, i need some reassurance.

More than likely just a little random pain. Poking it will make it worse :)

I get sore spots all over my body. Tense muscles from anxiety or repeated use or bad ergonomics can result in irritated bundles of nerves and tissue. They are annoying but harmless.

Thank you. My arm is still very sore. It's in the tricep area and feels so bruised. I can't think of anything that could have caused it. It's worrying me :/
