Anyone else get this? Whenever I get given a compliment, I feel overwhelmingly guilty, anxious and low. Just today I had my evaluation at work, and my boss said I was 'more valuable to them than just in terms of the company'... which is a huge compliment and made me feel fantastic... for about an hour. Now I just have a lot of sadness over it, like I feel guilty she said it but also that I wish this happened more often.

Why the heck can't I just be proud of myself for a compliment? I know I deserve it... I think.
