Missed two day's of meds

I've just started on week four of Citalopram, haven't had any side effects yet but I'm only taking a 10mg does. I've missed the last two day's completely forgot to take them, now I'm feeling very anxious and irritable need to be on my own. Do you think I feel like this because I missed two day's. Any help much appreciated.

It can be, Cit has a 35hr half life and you have missed 48 hrs so on the low dose you take, you could be feeling slight withdrawal effects.

Start them again.
