Hi all,
I am just wondering should I be concerned about my blood pressure. It is usually around 110/77 but sometimes it will go to 100/over 60 something. Is this a low blood pressure? I do feel lightheaded on and off but I am a very panicky anxious person so I don't know if I'm making it worse.
I am now obsessed with my BP and am terrified of it dropping too low.
Has anyone low blood pressure with symptoms and if so what did you do to feel better? My doc doesn't seem to concerned about it to be honest
